KIMBERLY HEIMERT

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Kimberly Heimert is an accomplished General Counsel and Strategic Advisor with over 25 years of experience focusing on the energy transition.  She has 10 years of experience in top-tier global law firms in the U.S., Asia, and Europe and 15 years of corporate experience, 8 of which as General Counsel.  She has expertise across debt and equity investing, infrastructure development and financing, renewable energy development, financing, and operations, and investment fund creation and fundraising.

As Founder and CEO of Energy Transition Advisory Group, Ms. Heimert works with clients on domestic and international renewable energy and energy transition matters, including the U.S. Bipartisan Infrastructure Act, the U.S. Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), and the supply chain for minerals essential to the energy transition. She also is working with the Wahba Institute for Strategic Competition at the Wilson Center to strengthen the U.S. role in global infrastructure and as an Advisory Council member at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, where she is chair of the Committees on Climate Change and Blended Finance. Ms. Heimert is a non-executive director for AltEnergy Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: AEAE), a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, asset acquisition, stock purchase or other business combination with one or more businesses to advance alternative energy technologies and infrastructure globally.
